Nick Rowse of the Twin Cities ES Field Office, representing the Fish and Wildlife Service, along with representatives from many other Federal , State, local, and non-governmental organizations, completed the Stakeholder Process for selecting a new crossing of the St. Croix River between Minnesota and Wisconsin.  The three-year process was shepherded along by Resolve, Inc., a conflict resolution consultant hired by the Federal Highway Administration.  Most of the meetings took place at the Stillwater City Hall.
