Journal Entry   Back Draft Cooperative Agreement with Oklahoma DOT and FHWA Southwest Region, February 22, 2006 Print Friendly Version On January 27, 2006, Oklahoma ES personnel met with representatives of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to discuss streamlined consultations and the potential for reimbursable funding.  Following the meeting, example funding agreements were compiled and a draft provided to both ODOT and FHWA for review.  Should this agreement be enacted, the transportation agencies would provide funding to support one full time employee in the Oklahoma ES office dedicated to transportation projects.
