Norm Stahl, Oklahoma State Coordinator for the Wheelin’ Sportsmen NWTF, along with volunteers and refuge personnel built a duck blind dedicated for use by people with disabilities.   The blind will be placed in a wetland area on the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge.

The National Wild Turkey Federation serves as the parent organization for the Wheelin’ Sportsmen.  The organization dedicates its time to assisting people with disabilities so they can enjoy the experience of hunting, fishing, and even float trips, all free of charge.  The money for this blind was given by a trust, in memory of an avid sportsman who passed away a couple years ago.
