Manager Bill Kolodnicki gave a presentation on the Aroostook National Wildlife Refuge to over 100 Rotarians in Presque Isle.  The many restoration projects that are converting this former Air Force Base into a wildlife refuge were highlighted as well as the many public use opportunities such as the seven mile cross country ski trails and hiking trails .  

Arootook National Wildlife Refuge is an excellent bird watching and moose watching location.
