Journal Entry   Back April Staff Notes for Tishomingo NFH Southwest Region, April 30, 2005 Print Friendly Version Aquatic plants from Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery were provided to Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma for a wetland conservation project at the Base. In addition, the hatchery is working with Day Ligon, doctoral candidate at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, on rearing and monitoring alligator snapping turtle hatchlings until they are of sufficient size to have radio transmitters attached for monitoring in the wild.
