CBFO's ?On the Wild Side? Premiers as First Service E-Newsletter
Northeast Region, September 28, 2004
Print Friendly Version
Using the latest technology, the Chesapeake Bay Field Office is grabbing the attention of watershed residents with a new quarterly e-newsletter. The first issue of ?On the Wild Side? covers a variety of issues and projects including the dangers of fishing line to osprey and other birds; eel monitoring; a partnership with NBC's Watersheds project; a community BayScaping project; restoration of 265 acres of wetland and upland habitat; and volunteer opportunities.

?On the Wild Side? is easily e-mailed to current and potential partners. Interested parties can also read the newsletter from the Chesapeake Bay Field Office Web site, http://www.fws.gov/r5cbfo, or can subscribe to receive issues automatically.
