Yanli Zhang and Holly Gerhart, University of Massachusetts-Amherst students, and their professor, Charlie Schweik, teamed up with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Connecticut River Coordinator's Office during the fall semester to post educational materials for teachers on the Coordinator's Office Web site. Zhang and Gerhart worked to prepare information that is important to teachers participating in the Atlantic Salmon Egg Rearing Program. They carefully considered the types of information needed and the format that might best appeal to the teachers. Then they took the time to post curriculum materials on the office's Internet site at http://www.fws.gov/r5crc.

The online material will be more convenient for teachers and students in the future and it will save on printing costs.
