The Office of Engineering and Technology sponsors tutorial in the Federal Communications Commission's Meeting Room located at 445 12th Street Southwest. 

Every effort is made to ensure that a wide diversity of viewpoints (and product manufacturers) are represented at the OET tutorials. By sponsoring the tutorial, the FCC is not endorsing any particular viewpoint or product. 

The public is invited to attend, no pre-registration is needed.
