accounting and reporting requirements.

TITLE: Amendment of the Commission's Rules
regarding the 37.0-38.6 GHz and 38.6-40.0 GHz
Bands (ET Docket No. 95-183, RM-8553); and
Implementations of Section 309(j) of the
Communicaitons Act -- Competitive Bidding,
37.0-38.6 GHz 38.6-40.0 GHz Bands (PP Docket
No. 93-253).
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a
Memorandum Opinion and Order addressing
petitions for reconsideration regarding licensing
and service rules in the 39 GHz service.

Telemetry Service.

equipment, and to establish rules for a new
wireless medical telemetry service.

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Report and Order concerning access to tele-communications services, telecommunications equipment, and customer premises equipment by persons with disabilities. |
