The Financial Information Forum (FIF) respectfully requests to testify at the New
York City Regulation NMS hearing on April 21, 2004.

The Financial Information Forum (FIF) www.fif.com addresses the issues that
impact the market data and securities processing industry - providing a
collaborative environment for subscribers to benefit from technology,
regulatory, and market innovations.   We are having a roundtable of our
subscribers on April 13th to interactively discuss Regulation NMS.  Participants
will include:  Broker-dealers, Investment Managers, Exchanges/Market Centers and
Financial IT Vendors.

We wish to testify on April 21 and not April 1 so that we will be able to
present the relevant conclusions of the roundtable discussion to the Commission.
