The Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances (OPPTS) is proud of our joint efforts with Tribal leaders, Tribal environmental managers and other interested Tribal representatives to address prevention, pesticide and toxics issues in Indian Country.

OPPTS is very interested in ensuring that consultation with Tribal Leaders as well as that Tribal input is included in decision-making and actions that concern Native Americans throughout Indian country.
