Completion of Assessment-Related Activities
Prior to departing a school on its assessment day, field staff complete these activities:

determine whether student participation requirements have been met by the school and, if not, schedule make-up sessions;
-
ensure that all school, teacher, and special-needs student questionnaires are completed and returned;
-
debrief the school coordinator about the assessment experience; and
-
prepare all completed assessment materials for shipping to NAEP.
