Full Indices to the EDGAR Database

This subdirectory contains the full index files. The file name format is company.idx, form.idx, and master.idx with the files sorted by company name, form type, and CIK (Central Index Key), respectively.

They are available in Macintosh Stuffit (.sit files), Info-ZIP zip (.zip files), and Unix compressd (.Z files) formats. See About Zip Files for help in extracting compressed files. These files are big, so download with discretion!
