Welcome to the NPA RPES webpage.  This page contains links useful to Category 1 scientists preparing to go through the evaluation process.  Although this page provides specific guidance related to the process, it is useful to review what RPES panels look for all through the career of the SY; in other words, don’t wait until you have been notified that your case write-up is due before looking at this information.  It is a useful reminder to all of us about how we are evaluated and what panels look for.
