+ Looking for more effective approaches to tough environmental issues?
The U.S. Institute bases all trainings on direct lessons learned from working on environmental conflicts. Our training prepares you
to transform conflicts into creative joint problem solving opportunities.
+ Are you involved in disputes concerning the environment? Natural resource management? Government-to-Government
consultation?
Whether you are a project manager or lawyer; environmental planner or scientist; federal, state, local government
employee; or other stakeholder involved in environmental conflict, the U.S. Institute will share its many years of experience in ECR
by helping you build skills you can add to your ECR toolkit.
+ What training does the U.S. Institute provide?
Our training program consists of basic through advanced courses that
can be taken as a series or individually to develop competence in ECR. You will experience problem-based instruction that incorporates
highly interactive role plays and reflects best practices in adult learning theory.
+ What's special about our training?
It's dynamic, problem-based, and interactive. In our trainings, you become an active
participant, not a passive learner; you will practice new, collaborative approaches that promote workable solutions. We can help you
increase your ability to prevent, manage, and resolve environmental conflicts.
