Subject: 2009-2010 CPS Web Demo Site Will Be Available on December 14, 2008

Federal Student Aid wishes to alert all schools and other organizations that the 2009-2010 Central Processing System (CPS) Web Demonstration (Demo) site will be available for use at http://fafsademo.test.ed.gov beginning on December 14, 2008.

Most of the features of the 2009-2010 production versions of FAFSA on the Web and FAA Access to CPS Online (including Return of Title IV Funds) will be available on the demo site, which is preloaded with test data for your use. The demo version of the ISIR Analysis Tool will be available beginning in April 2009, simultaneously with the release of the 2009-2010 production version of the ISIR Analysis Tool.

The FAFSA on the Web demo site can be used to demonstrate electronic applications to students and parents or as an aid in training financial aid administrators. Financial aid administrators can also use the Web site to become familiar with FAA Access to CPS Online and train their staff to use the system.
