PublicationDate: 5/12/98 Summary: EDCAPS/GAPS Announcement Author: ODAS - Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary - SFA Posted May 12, 1998 The Department of Education is pleased to announce that, as of May 11, 1998, the new Education Central Automated Processing System's (EDCAPS's) Grants Administration and Payment System (GAPS) is on-line and functioning smoothly for all institutions east of the Mississippi River. These institutions can now receive payments through GAPS. All other institutions will be able to access EDCAPS/GAPS beginning tomorrow, May 13. If your institution has any questions or needs further assistance using EDCAPS/GAPS, please call the hotline at 1-888-336-8930. |
