This position requires knowledge of principles and practices of effective Federal program oversight and stewardship; experience in managing a large service-oriented organization whose functions include several on-going tasks with tight and inflexible deadlines and significant overlapping production requirements involving risk analysis and document control; ability to apply statutory and regulatory requirements to complex factual situations; and demonstrated managerial leadership in directing a large organization whose activities involve large-scale programs in a decentralized (i.e., regional) environment.
