Notice of Delay of EDGAR 5.20

March 10, 1997 -- Release 33-7394, amending 17 CFR Part 232 (Regulation S-T) adopting an updated edition of the EDGAR Filer Manual, effective on March 10, 1997, has been postponed due to technical issues delaying system implementation.

The new investment company form types: 40-17F1, 40-17F2, N-23C3A, N-23C3B and N-23C3C; and the new corporation finance form types: S- 4MEF and S-3MEF will not be accepted on EDGAR until release 5.20 has been implemented.

When the technical issues have been resolved, a notice will be published advising the filing community of the date when release 5.20 will be implemented.
