MEMBERS PRESENT: Brian Kerrigan -- Chair Lori Templeton -- Member Dan Madzeland -- Member Jeff Baker -- Member Harold Jenkins -- Member P R O C E E D I N G S OPENING REMARKS CHAIRMAN KERRIGAN: Good morning. As far as I know, we have no one who has signed up to speak this morning. Nobody was out there a few minutes ago on the sign-up sheet. Certainly we will invite anyone who has any comments to share them with us, or if anyone has any questions, we will be happy to engage in conversation with you folks. Other than that, we would certainly be around here at least until about 10:30 to see if anyone does show up to speak. If no one shows by about 10:00 o'clock, it is probably a pretty good assumption that they don't plan to come to speak. So we have officially opened the session this morning, but unless there are some speakers, we will be around just to talk. Thank you. (A recess was taken.) CHAIRMAN KERRIGAN: It appears that there are no speakers scheduled for this morning, so we will officially bring this session to a close unless anyone has any comments at the last minute -- all right.
