| | Revised Road Closure Date Hampton Road/Mormon Ditch Bridge Replacement |
| | Whatcom County Public Works announces a bridge replacement project. Hampton Road/Mormon Ditch Bridge just south of Lynden from Front Street down Hampton Road for 800 feet. The project will include a new 145 ft long bridge with 12ft driving lanes, 6ft shoulders and6ft sidewalks on both sides. Scheduled from April 29th through early October, 2009 the bridge will be completely closed to all traffic including emergency vehicles. A detour route will be in effect.
