TreeWoodlands Ordinance/Map Update
Recently City staff and consultants completed an extensive assessment of the City’s woodlands and a revised Regulated Woodland Map. The City’s Woodland Protection Ordinance has also been updated and provides strong guidelines and clear direction for woodland conservation and replacement strategies. Oxid LogoCity of Novi approves First Brownfield Project
On April 27, the Novi City Council approved its first Brownfield project for the Oxid Corporation. Oxid will be located at 25275 Regency Drive. A Brownfield refers to industrial or commercial property that is underused and will be redeveloped. Oxid will breathe new life into this parcel, further enhancing Novi’s stake as a strong economic engine. Visit InvestNovi.org to read the full press release.
Lawn Watering
A recent revision in the Lawn Watering Ordinance states that outdoor watering, including the sprinkling of lawns and landscaping, shall only be done during non-peak hours of 11:00pm to 5:00am. Click here to read about Lawn Watering

Relay for Life - Celebrate, Remember, Fight BackRelay for Life
