Synopsis: E57503X – Sponsorship of Education and Outreach Through 2009 Engineering Week Participation

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to sponsor the National Engineering Week Foundation, on a sole source basis, education and outreach for the 2009 Engineering Week activities. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
