Synopsis: E57242X - Research, Analysis and Development of Required OMB Reports

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure report development services from George P. Johnson on a sole source basis, as no other source is known to exist. The contractor will perform complicated selective word searches to download data corresponding to the National Nanoscience Initiative and analyze the data and identify awards funded in response to the National Nano Initiative and their various program areas. The period of performance will be March 1 - December 2009. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See Numbered Note 22 (changing 45 days to 5 days).
