It's easy to obtain information on your waiver request, just click on Waiver Status.

Waiver Status

To access our Waivers web application, the "Log In / Registration" web page will require a valid user id and password. Here are some steps that you can take to login:

Login Step 1. Enter your UserID and password, and then click the "Login" button.

Login Step 2. If you are cannot remember your UserID and/or password OR if you are converting your old e-mail-based login to the new UserID-based login then use the 'reset account' feature. Enter your E-mail address and click the 'Reset Account' button - we will send you a new UserID and password.

Login Step 3. If you do not already have a UNICOR online account, please create one by typing your e-mail address and clicking the 'Register Now' button.

Help with "Waiver Status"

Waivers entered prior to June 10, 2002 may not be accessible via our website.

After you log in, a list of your ten most-recent waiver requests will be displayed. You may view the details of any of these waiver requests to determine its status. If you wish to view an older waiver request, you may search by the Unicor Waiver Request number or your Customer Reference number to locate a specific waiver request. Or, you may search by date range and retrieve a list of up to 100 of your waiver requests.

If your waiver has been completely reviewed, you may view the Approval and/or Denial Letter, and print it from your browser.
