Dear National Service Colleagues,
I am writing today to notify you of a planned system outage for April 3 and remind you of the upcoming power outage scheduled for April 11 – 14.
Planned System Outage
Tomorrow morning, Thursday, April 3, the My AmeriCorps Portal, Recruitment System, eGrants and eSPAN will be unavailable between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM EST for routine maintenance.
Upcoming Power Outage
Reminder, due to a planned building-wide power outage the Corporation’s systems – including the My AmeriCorps Portal, Recruitment System, eGrants and eSPAN – will be unavailable Friday, April 11, 6:00 PM EST through Monday, April 14, 9:00 AM EST.
We hope you can use this information to plan your work schedules in advance of these outages. In addition, please refer to the Operating Status page (www.nationalservice.gov/status) for additional updates and to learn system status.
