Dear Commission Colleagues:
Attached you will find the notes from the Admin/PDAT/Disability conference call that was held on Wednesday, September 10th. We have organized the notes according to (1) the introductory information that I conveyed to you at the beginning of the call and (2) the questions that arose from our Q&A following the introduction. In the notes, please pay particular attention to further clarification on the following items:
- Shawn Lecker Pomaville’s question regarding potential use of unexpended 2008 funds identified after the November 4th application deadline is more clearly addressed than it was on the call in the response to question #4.
- Information regarding the appropriate procedure for commissions with grants completing their third year and who wish to create a no cost extension to continue using 2008 funds in 2009 are addressed in responses to questions #5, #6, and #7.
