How $190.7 Million LUST Recovery Act Money
Is Divided Among States And Territories
(As Of April 8, 2009)

States and territories are listed alphabetically below, with the amount of LUST Recovery Act money each will receive to assess and clean up underground storage tank leaks. (Note that American Samoa and North Dakota declined LUST Recovery Act money.) EPA regional underground storage tank programs will enter into cooperative agreements with states and territories in spring 2009. These cooperative agreements will include more detailed descriptions of states’ and territories’ spending plans.
