26th Defendant Sentenced in Pharmacy Burglary Scheme
Ring Targeted Pharmacies in Pacific Northwest

MAY 05 -- (Seattle) – DEA Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Arnold R. Moorin and the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington, Jeffrey Sullivan, announced that on May 1, 2009, Brian P. Green -was sentenced in U.S District Court to 54 months in prison for conspiring to burglarize pharmacies and distribute oxycodone in the Pacific Northwest. Green was ordered to pay restitution to the pharmacies for physical damage caused during the burglaries and for the value of the stolen drugs. >> Full Story
