Man Responsible for Largest Clandestine Steroid Laboratory in Houston Sentenced to 48 Months in Prison JAN 30 -- (Houston, Texas) Kenneth HEBERT, 38, of Pearland, Texas, was sentenced in the Southern District of Texas, by United States District Judge Dave Hittner. HEBERT was charged and found guilty of Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute Anabolic Steroids. His wife Leticia ZAMORA was charged with Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute Anabolic Steroids and Conspiracy to commit money laundering. ZAMORA is scheduled for Trial in March.
