Jose Villasenor Jr., a student of Lindhurst High School in Olivehurst, Calif., recently won the Department of Industrial Relations' state-wide competition challenging teens to create a video public service announcement on safety and health and labor requirements in the workplace. His winning 30-second presentation on workplace safety and health was distributed to theaters throughout California.
