    Have you been injured on the job? Both employee and employer must report an injury by filing a Wyoming Report of Injury. You can get a report form from your employer or request a form from the division.

    Unemployment Tax Division

    The Unemployment Tax Division is responsible for employer registrations, reporting and tax collections for both unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation. Wyoming has joint (unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation) reporting, registration and audit functions for employers.
