A notice has been issued giving interested persons until February 6, 2006 to comment on the application of Glacier Water Services, Inc. to withdraw its common stock, $.01 par value, and Glacier Services, Inc. and Glacier Water Trust I, to withdraw the 9 1/16% cumulative trust preferred securities of Glacier Water Trust I, from listing and registration on the American Stock Exchange LLC.
