FAFSA on the Web Worksheets

Some students prefer to complete something on paper before completing the online FAFSA. A worksheet has been designed specifically for this purpose. If you plan to use FAFSA on the Web to apply for financial aid for the 2008-2009 award year, you can download and print a copy of the 2008-2009 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet in English (color or black and white) or Spanish (color or black and white).

If you plan to use FAFSA on the Web to apply for financial aid for the 2009-2010 award year, you can download and print a copy of the 2009-2010 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet in English (color or black and white) or Spanish (color or black and white).

The FAFSA on the Web Worksheet is also available in Braille*.

Please do not mail the worksheet for processing.

*Braille publications are available from the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-433-3243).
