Intensive Case Management for Family Members of Homicide Victims Program, Grant Announcement

The Office for Victims of Crime of the U.S. Department of Justice has put out a grant announcement for its Intensive Case Management for Family Members of Homicide Victims Program. Two awards of up to $200,000 each will be made to private nonprofit organizations or public agencies to identify and replicate promising practices related to the provision of a comprehensive array of services to family members of homicide victims. In the first 18-month phase of this project, funding will be used to enhance, evaluate, and institutionalize existing promising service interventions in partnership with other community agencies. Faith-based and other community organizations are eligible and encouraged to apply. The deadline for applications is April 24, 2008. Residential Reentry Center Services, Eastern District of Missouri (within Butler, Stoddard, and Scott Counties), Solicitation

The Bureau of Prisons of the U.S. Dept. of Justice has put out a solicitation notice for Residential Reentry Center Services for male and female offenders in the Eastern District of Missouri (within Butler, Stoddard, and Scott Counties). The response deadline is 2:00 pm EST on May 23, 2008. The contract period shall consist of a base period of two (2) years with three (3) 1-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. Faith-based and community organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
