The Bureau of Prisons of the U.S. Dept. of Justice has put out a solicitation notice for Residential Reentry Center services for male and female offenders within Greenville, South Carolina. Enhanced Training and Services to End Violence Against and Abuse of Women Later in Life Program, Grant Announcement
The Office of Violence Against Women (OVW) of the U.S. Dept. of Justice has put out a grant announcement for its Enhanced Training and Services to End Violence Against and Abuse of Women Later in Life Program. Under this program OVW plans to fund projects that will provide a comprehensive approach to addressing elder abuse in their communities. Faith-based and other community organizations are eligible to apply. The letter of intent deadline is January 17, 2008; the registering on Grants.gov deadline is January 22, 2008; the application deadline is 8:00 pm EST on February 7, 2008.
