Helping Outreach Programs to Expand (HOPE) II solicitation

Qualified faith-based and other organizations may apply for subgrants for the Helping Outreach Programs to Expand (HOPE) II.  A cooperative agreement between the Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) and Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center, Inc. (MCVRC) will support these subgrants to implement a grant program designed to support, expand and improve small faith-based and/or community organizations victim services delivery in high crime, urban areas.  Each project may receive up to $50,000.

Eligibility: Faith- and community-based, nonprofit and for-profit agencies, including organizations that have received prior HOPE I or HOPE II funding, are eligible to apply.  Deadline: July 9, 2007.  Applicants should register with Grants.Gov as early as possible to prevent delays in submitting their applications by the deadline.  View solicitationQuestions?  If you have questions not addressed by the Frequently Asked Questions page, contact Joshua Cohen, Project Director, via e-mail at hope2@mdcrimevictims.org.
