       WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service Director Sharee M. Freeman will address the 19th Annual Conference of the National Black Prosecutors (NBPA) in Los Angeles, California. The conference will be held from August 4 through August 10, 2002, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles.
