Why are you billing me when I'm still in school?

You are receiving a bill because our records indicate that:

  • you have fallen below half time status,
  • you withdrew or
  • you graduated

If our records are incorrect, you can:

  • contact your school to find out if they will notify us electronically of your new enrollment data or
  • you can obtain a student in school deferment form. Complete the top portion of the form, sign it and have your school complete the bottom portion of the form for certification.

When this form is returned from your school or when we receive an electronic update from your school, we will update our records.
