Drug Conviction Worksheet PDF
Follow these steps to complete the PDF version of the 2009-2010 or 2008-2009 Drug Conviction Worksheet:
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to use either of the PDF versions of the Drug Conviction Worksheet. Select this link, if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader and would like to find out how to obtain it
Download the PDF file (make sure you know where you´re downloading it to) by selecting a worksheet link below. Note: If your browser is configured to open Adobe Acrobat Reader automatically, skip to step 4 after downloading the PDF file.
Once you have downloaded the PDF file you must open Adobe Acrobat Reader, choose File/Open... and select the PDF file from the directory you downloaded it to.
With the Drug Conviction Worksheet open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to File/Print... and print out the worksheet.
You can now use the printed worksheet to assist you in answering the drug conviction question on your 2008-2009 or 2009-2010 FAFSA.
