When do I receive interest statements?

If you are enrolled in Electronic Mail Services, we will send you quarterly interest statements electronically.

If you are not enrolled in Electronic Mail Services and:

• You are in deferment or forbearance, we will send you quarterly interest statements via the U.S. Postal Service.
• You are in an in-school or in-grace status, we will send you interest statements via the U.S. Postal Service twice each calendar year in January and July. If you enroll in Electronic Mail Services, you can receive quarterly interest statements electronically. Enrolling is quick and easy and you will receive confirmation that you are enrolled.
