When is my monthly payment due?

The Direct Loan Servicing Center offers 4 separate due dates within each month that your payment can be due on (the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th). You will receive a bill two weeks prior to your payment due date. If the due date that your account is set up on does not work well for your situation, you can:

  • change the date your payment is due on by logging in to the Change Payment Due Date page of our Web site
  • OR

  • you may opt to call our voice response unit at 1-800-848-0979* and select the option to change your payment due date.
