Who is eligible for Electronic Mail Services?

All borrowers are eligible to receive their correspondence electronically. In order to also receive your bills electronically, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1. You must be less than 210 days delinquent,
2. You must not be enrolled in Electronic Debit Account,
3. You must not be paid-in-full,
4. You can not already be enrolled in Bill Presentment Service.
