Search for Mutual Fund Proxy Voting Records
This search retrieves annual reports of proxy voting records (also known as "N-PX"
filings) for mutual funds and other registered management investment companies.
Please understand that mutual fund companies often include information about
several different funds in a single N-PX filing. For example, information about the
"XYZ S&P 500 Index Fund" might appear in the report for "XYZ Index Funds." Some mutual fund companies,
however, file a separate report for each fund.
If your search results don't list the exact name of the fund you're seeking, remember that
the fund's proxy voting record may be part of a Form N-PX that includes information about several different funds. Scan the list for the most logical name, check each
report to see whether it covers the fund you're researching, or contact the fund to find out the name
under which its filing has been made.
