ATTORNEY GENERAL ASHCROFT TO VISIT SOUTHWEST BORDER
Brownsville, El Paso, Douglas and Tuscon Stops
WASHINGTON, D.C. Attorney General John Ashcroft will begin a four-day, two-state trip to the nation's Southwest border tomorrow, Friday, May 4. The trip is designed to give the Attorney General a firsthand look at the ongoing efforts of the INS to make the Southwest border safer and more secure. He will return to Washington DC on Monday, May 7. Open press events are as follows:
