Help with your PIN

If you have lost, forgotten, or discovered that your PIN is not allowing you to access our Web site, you will need to request one online by selecting the Request a PIN button link located on the left menu bar. Your PIN will be issued and sent to you via US Postal mail or you can receive it online. If you choose to receive it online, you will receive an email within 3 business days with the instructions for obtaining your PIN online, otherwise you should receive it in 7-10 days via US Postal mail.

If you chose to have your PIN mailed and have recently moved, and believe we may not have a current address on our system for you, you should call our Customer Service number at 1-800-848-0979 and update your correct mailing address before requesting a PIN. Then return to this Web site and request a new PIN. This will ensure that your new PIN is mailed to the correct address.
