How can I save a form to my computer's disk?

Follow these steps to save a form into your computer's disk:

1. Locate the Web page that has a link to download the form. This page could be the Deferments page, the Forbearances page, the Loan Consolidation page, the Other forms page, or the EDA Form page.
2. Select "Download Form" to download the form in PDF format. The form will be displayed on the screen.
3. Click on the Save button to save the form in your computer's disk. The Save button is located on the left side of the Acrobat Reader's tool bar. This bar is located right above the PDF form. The Save button is identified by the image of a disquette.

   Note: If you're using a screen reader, you may find the Save button by its description which is: "Saves a copy of the file".
