This list is provided in response to "Agency Good Guidance Practices"  PDF (132K), a bulletin issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on January 25, 2007. In compiling this list, the Department used the definition of "significant guidance document" set forth in that bulletin and in Executive Order 13422, "Further Amendment to Executive Order 12866 on Regulatory Planning and Review"  PDF (56K).
