This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-09-Q-0477 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (v) The requested items are being purchased for the Hope and Dove chapel's on Davis-Monthan AFB. The contractor shall provide the following:

A. All materials, labor, and equipment needed to reupholster the chapel pews in both the Hope and Dove Chapel's. Please see all attached documents for more information and specifications.
