Disable Your PIN

If you want to restrict all online access (including your own) to your Federal Student Aid information, answer the following questions and select Submit Request.

Note: This will completely disable your PIN. You will no longer be able to access your Federal Student Aid accounts through the Internet.

If you disable your PIN and would like to begin using it again later, you can reestablish your PIN by selecting Reestablish My PIN from the home page.

What is your Social Security Number? Enter the SSN that is printed on your Social Security Card. Enter this number without the dashes. For example, enter 123456789.
What are the first two (2) letters of your last name?
What is your date of birth? Enter this date in "mmddyyyy" format. For example, 08171975 for August 17, 1975.
